Give guests something
worth photographing
Every event needs one moment that guests want to record. Drinks printing has become that moment at Irish events, and for good reason: handing someone a pint of Guinness with their own face, a company logo or a wedding date printed on the head is the rare piece of event technology that genuinely stops a room.
Drinks printing works on any drink with a foam or cream surface — Guinness, cocktails, Irish coffee, flat whites and dessert drinks. The image is printed in edible, tasteless malt extract, so it changes nothing about the drink itself. Turnaround is a few seconds per pint, which means it keeps pace with a busy bar rather than creating a queue beside it.
Alongside the printing we work with Ireland's leading photobooth suppliers to bring in traditional event photobooths, AI photobooths and Glambots. The classic booth still earns its place at weddings for the prop box and the printed strips guests take home. AI booths generate stylised portraits from a single capture, which corporate clients use to great effect around a campaign theme. Glambots produce the slow-motion, cinematic clip that guests post before they have left the venue.
For brands, all of it is a delivery mechanism. Printed logos on drinks, branded booth surrounds, custom overlays and a shareable digital gallery mean an activation keeps working long after the event ends — and gives your marketing team a folder of usable content on the Monday.
Booking through us keeps it simple: one contact, one invoice and one team who can also handle the cocktails, the bartenders and the bar itself.
What we can bring
Photos, logos and messages printed onto Guinness, cocktails and coffee in edible malt extract. Seconds per drink, no taste change.
The classic booth: props, instant prints and a full digital gallery afterwards. Still the most reliable crowd-pleaser at a wedding.
Stylised AI portraits generated from a single capture, themed to your event or campaign. A strong fit for brand activations.
Slow-motion cinematic clips, delivered to guests' phones within seconds. The format most likely to be shared before guests get home.
Custom print overlays, branded surrounds and campaign artwork so every image leaving the event carries your identity.
An operator stays with the booth for the full hire, so it runs properly and nobody has to troubleshoot it in a suit.
Where a booth earns its keep
Weddings, launches, conferences and staff parties — anywhere guests would take the photo anyway.
Weddings
Printed pints for the drinks reception and a photobooth for the evening. The prop box and printed strips still get guests out of their seats between the meal and the band.
Corporate & Brand Activations
Logos on drinks, branded overlays and AI portraits themed to the campaign. Guests do the sharing, and your team leaves with a library of content.
Conferences & Trade Stands
A printing station or booth is one of the few reliable ways to hold people at a stand long enough to have a conversation with them.
Staff Parties & Celebrations
Christmas parties, milestones and team nights. Low effort to organise, and the photos circulate internally for weeks afterwards.
From first enquiry to last order
Four steps, no guesswork. Most quotes go out the same working day.
Tell us the plan
Date, venue, guest numbers and how long you want the booth or printing running. Send any branding you already have.
We recommend a format
Not every event suits every booth. We will say which format fits your guests and your room, and quote it itemised.
Artwork and setup
We prepare overlays, printed artwork and templates and confirm them with you before the day. Setup happens before doors open.
Attended all evening
An operator runs it for the full hire. Digital gallery and content are delivered to you afterwards.
Photobooth and drinks printing questions, answered
Does drinks printing affect the taste of the drink?
No. The image is printed in edible malt extract, which is tasteless and dissolves into the foam. The pint tastes exactly as it should, and it settles as normal.
Which drinks can you print on?
Anything with a foam, cream or crema surface. Guinness is the classic, but we also print on stout, cocktails with an egg-white or foam top, Irish coffee, flat whites and dessert drinks.
How long does each printed drink take?
A few seconds per drink. The printer keeps pace with a working bar, so it adds a talking point rather than a bottleneck. For very large receptions we will recommend a second station.
How much space does a photobooth need?
Most booths need roughly two by two metres plus room for a queue, and a standard socket. Drinks printing needs far less — essentially a small table beside the bar. Send us a photo of the space and we will confirm.
Can everything be branded?
Yes. Printed drinks can carry a logo or campaign artwork, and booths can take custom overlays, branded surrounds and themed backdrops. Send artwork as a vector file where possible.
Do we get the photos afterwards?
Yes. Guests get instant prints or an instant digital send, and you receive the full gallery after the event, ready to use internally or on your channels.
Can we book a photobooth alongside the bar?
That is how most clients book it. Cocktails, bartenders, the bar itself and the booth all come from us on one quote, with one team on site and one invoice afterwards.
Want the photos to keep circulating?
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We will recommend the format that suits the room and quote it.
